How Do I Identify the Part I would like to Replace?

1. Determine your units Model number.
   -Your model number can be found any of the following three ways;
   
   
1. Look on the conveyors model/serial label plate.  You will find your units model number printed on a silver label attached to the conveyor’s frame next to the drive (motor) of your conveyor.
2. The Model number is listed on your order acknowledgement or invoice.
3. Contact the New London Engineering Parts Department toll free at
   1-800-437-1994.
   
   
2. Determine which part you would like replaced. 

How Do I Order a Replacement Part?

1. Determine your units Serial number.
   -Since many units and their parts are custom made, it is necessary to know your units serial number when ordering replacement parts. 
   -Your serial number can be found any of the following three ways;
   
   
1. Look on the conveyors model/serial label plate.  You will find your units serial number printed on a silver label attached to the conveyor’s frame next to the drive (motor) of your conveyor.
2. Each unit’s serial number is hand written on the front cover of the owner’s manual.
3. Contact the New London Engineering Parts Department toll free at
   1-800-437-1994.
